I've long been interested in design of various sorts, and have tried my hand often at web design (this site being one example). It occurred to me that it might be a good idea to at least seem professional about this, and maybe something good might come of it. Enter Propaganda Ministry. It's under that umbrella that I'll continue to do web design, as well as other visual enticements, such as video experiments.
