Well, after a long time making its way through the publishing machine, An American Spy will finally be on the shelves in the US and UK tomorrow. Looking forward to hearing your impressions and reading reviews as I continue to fight with my next novel. The Amazon numbers (one of the only things an author has to gauge sales at this point) are pretty good, and we’ve got high hopes that this one will make a splash.

The Los Angeles Times Book Festival, April 22 (a panel chaired by the inestimable Paula L. Woods and including some serious big guns: Joseph Kanon and Philip Kerr)
Oakland Public Library, April 25 (with the wonderful Cara Black and Rhys Bowen)
